“Amazing Hotel ”
IThis is my third stay at the Noor Arjaan this year, and the standard of service , cleanliness is very impressive.It is the main reason I keep returning , the rooms are kept to a very high standard, breakfast buffet is one of the biggest ranges for a hotel I have seen.And for me more importantly the whole team that keep this hotel to a very high standard , Well done I hope to return again very soon , Thank you !!

“feedback”
i am a very loyal customer of this property having resided here for over two years continuously.
during my most recent visit 27 to 31 Sept, i note that the standards of service are always improving, indicative of an excellent management.
all staff is very disciplined and so well trained.
in particular, during this visit i would like to highlight the name of a housekeeping staff Miss Sani. This lady is a very responsible person and very diligent.
Thank you and look forward to my next visit in the near future.

“Not so welcoming”
We are regular visitors of Nour Arjaan. The previous visit to the place was quite disappointing. Specially from the front desk and reception. Absolutely not hospitable in speaking and in helping in room related issues. Answer was a denial or a long delay of 30mnts, always. Whole night the next room had drilling work, carpet changing and bangs on the door(608) was so annoying that none of us could sleep. All in terrible!
The only sigh of relieve was Mr. Dhiraj Shukla at the Breakfast and his team that includes Mr. John and another very sweet lady(from Philippines). Highly caring and respectful. I did mention my issues during my stay to them and Mr. Dhiraj got it to Mr. Noushad's attention, immediately. We so appreciate his and Mr. Noushad's supportive assurance for the next time.
If in the hospitality industry we don't recieve hospitable environment, it becomes hard to trust the place again.
The above mentioned people made us stay back that one day! Having said so, a coming back with such poor service from others makes us think if we should visit again .

“Unforgettable memories”

The kids had an plant stay with a unforgettable memories
For sure we will comeback again soon
Hotel location is just perfect
We visited the mosq and few other places even we reached oman
Few comments left below
Pillows are a bit old i guess and has low volume
Mold smell in the room
Found few bugs in the tables
If pool timing can ve extended for midnight it would be amazing
We would come again soon if pool timing is extended up to midnight this is a promise
After all thanks allot for the stay
And we appologize for leaving a few comments on the room
Staff was so welcoming and friendly

“Excellent hotel and service”
Excellent service, very attentive staff at the Reception, they were always willing to help with any questions, and organized a transfer to the beach at a time convenient for us. A delicious and satisfying breakfast was perfectly organized, the staff in the person of Suruchi, Sajith, Ali were always interested in whether everything was okay and asked about wishes for the next day. Very attentive, we are grateful to all the staff for such excellent service. We recommend the hotel for a visit.

“Highly recommended”
Our stay at The Nour Arjan by Rotana in Fujairah was exceptional. The luxurious rooms, featuring stunning views and modern amenities, were impeccable. The service was outstanding, with special thanks to Suruchi, Nour, and Alex for their amazing hospitality. However, the quality of prayer mats available was not the best and left room for improvement.

“Most helpful staff”
We booked this hotel last minute. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was nice and breakfast was pretty good. We’d definitely stay again next time we visit Fujairah.

Really good hotel. Comfortable place, good staff. Not all items looks like new, but I and my friend really like this hotel.
