The hotel has an excellent location by the metro, 1 stop from Dubai Mall. The staff is nice and always tried to accommodate us. Special thanks to our receptionist Reda.

I booked a classic room only and they gave me their new suite which is far bigger than the old classic rooms. It was an upgrade indeed! Beautiful!

Excellent hotel that foremost have super friendly workers. Complimentary water every day was very good. Excellent hospitality when both I and my son was sick, breakfast was carried up to our rooms. Rooms where silence and up to expected standard. We come from Sweden and usually have relatively high expectations, and these where met. Don't be confused that the pool is on top of another building. Initially this was a small minus, but honestly we did not care at all in the end.

The hotel is really good. Good location just a few steps of the metro. Clean. Phyo was responsible of our room cleaning, that was always excelent! Breakfast was nice too.
